
Life can be incredibly challenging, and sometimes we can benefit from some additional support. I offer a compassionate place to be heard and understood. Coming from the perspective that you are the expert on your life, my position is to help sift through and make sense of what you have experienced, foster better self awareness and understanding, and build a foundation of resiliency and create ease through change. Whether this be through behaviours, thoughts, or physiological change and nervous system regulation, my aim is to work collaboratively towards your goals.
